If you are looking for a way to simply browse the site and then use the keywords on Google, you should be able to see one of the pages in the cache of the page. Even if you find a way to access the site, you will not be able to buy something because it is likely that a ship in 48 states. What is the purpose of blocking the rest of the world's first.
The chances are good that they are mistaken if you have a chance to see the site that you are in the United States to be found.
